In general, high technology specifications are quite straight Tour Blackberry and all the rest of this writing, we will see some of the best features that were displayed in the new Blackberry visit.

Calls and general characteristics

Talking about the more basic function that any phone is required to perform the functions of the phone call are exceptional. The quality of the communication needs some renovations done by RIM, but the Blackberry is packed with picked calling features. The battery life is very good and Blackberry has a talk time of 5 hours with a fully charged battery. This may seem small for a smartphone, but with all the multimedia features of the site, the 3G technologies on the anvil and a browser quality, battery life is acceptable.

The Tour has remarkable features for managing and synchronizing the address book with accounts of the company (if your service provider uses the BES or BlackBerry Enterprise Server). You can also get in sync with the calendar and contacts with Outlook integrated, which looks like a standard desktop application in the Blackberry Tour. You can actually get their hands on the details of your friend to use their FB profile. The Blackberry Tour, it is so easy as “123″! If your friends do not have their phone numbers listed on their FB account, the BlackBerry is capable of sending messages, requesting their contact information. Great, is not it?

Design and our verdict

One area where Blackberry Tour Highlights of the rest of the crowd is its design is elegant and comfortable for a smartphone. With a glossy finish, good adhesion and a funky texture, Blackberry tour aims to give a new dimension to this segment significantly routine and boring. Camera 3.2 megapixel which is provided with the phone, he is a winner. The camera is capable of taking beautiful pictures. In fact, the exceptional picture quality of camera BlackBerry Tour makes it much more fun-filled smartphone, something that has been the USP of this product since its launch day.

More Information About Windows 7 Phone

Many details emerged last week about Windows 7 by phone, so I thought, ODA spending some more, including links to videos. In addition, there are years of a new version of Windows Mobile Marketplace. And this week he wanted to remind the later T-Mobile HD2, the highly anticipated device with a screen of 4.3 inches.

News, Tips And Trick

Although there are few new Windows Mobile (almost all games and many app / utility developers seem to have abandoned ship and went directly to the iPhone), web browsers seem to continually receive the love of application developers. At MWC (who was also present), there’s even been two important developments (the new Opera Mobile and bolts).

I did not bother looking up the links in my comments of earlier versions of the browser on the list. You still may want to look around them – just look around here.

Start with the Opera.

Opera (recently) come with new versions of both browsers with virtually the same interface (at least in platforms touchscreen, no touch screen Opera Mini is very different in spirit with theNew Opera Mobile Beta, touchscreen-less MS Smartphone aka Windows Mobile Standard has also received official support):

Opera Mobile 10 beta 3

, Now also officially supports Flash Lite (so far it has been possible because of piracy and the use of unofficial manual), with an extra touch: appears only when really necessary, namely, a heavy flash website will not bring the phone to his knees. (See this for more information – linked from here)

If you need a key XDA-devs facility built with Flash Lite (and many other goodies like auto-rotate in some new HTC phones with a function of accelerometers), download version 1.1 here (link from d ’here, the official thread here). I tried (as with the official Opera Mobile 10B3) and found it excellent. If you need timely support for Flash Lite, go to this distribution, first. However, remember that Flash Lite has a pretty bad performance at all, do not have a 1 GHz Snapdragon – do not worry, for example, watch YouTube videos on a WinMo phone / PDA with, say, 624 MHz XScale CPU. Use alternatives – there are lots of things – I explained in my Bible on YouTube. However, it can still be a great help with Flash sites also not compatible with other players (see my list of Flash Lite compatible HERE).

Opera Mini 5 beta2

The new Beta 2 version of Opera Mini 5 was released on 12/02/2009 See this for more information. Already supports a large number of good and much, much better than beta1 pretty useless.

There is only one step while a download package here, which, in addition to beta2 also Jbed 20090216.5.1 package. Just start with the CAB, it will configure everything – is absolutely problem free installation for beginners. (Phoneless in PDA, you obviously need the “dumb” phone / SMS DLL to work.) When installing a new Opera Mini icon is represented in the programs and the Java icon. The first can be used to launch the browser faster.

Note that, despite the package version is Jbed for QVGA devices (ie not having the required registry hacks for sizes larger type) function – with more character – just great on the big screen phone VGA WinMo too. But in my test HP 214 VGA WinMo PDA that works without problems (except for Italy still exists), unlike the first, barely working version beta 5. Even Opera Link is supported and works very well. Also has a large-screen keyboard takes up most of the lower half of the screen, even in landscape mode, and very well may be used with fingers in consumer devices screen.

Copy text from web pages also works very well. To paste the text in an external program (eg, notes), follow these steps:
- Press the screen anywhere
- Select “Select Text” in context menu
- Select the text (with the stylus or your finger) to be copied to the clipboard, and when you have finished selecting (lifting the stylus or your finger from the screen), a context menu that appears.Select “Search with” her.
- Press and hold the input field text to the context menu that appears, select Full-screen editing.
- In drawing full screen (ie the native text input / edit area Jbed) mode, verify that the cursor is at the end of the text (by default it is). Now, select both Shift and Ctrl keys on the keyboard on the screen (Press once to change color) and with the stylus, press the top of the text. It will then be highlighted, and now in the onscreen keyboard, turn off Shift and not touching C (Ctl while he was still active) to copy today (!) Text to the clipboard system. With this, it will be available for other applications, not just the Opera Mini. (Note that Ctrl + A to select all the text, not working, or standard, pen-based, selection of standard text.)

You may wonder why so many are not necessary. The simple answer is you have to switch to full screen (native) because the editor to copy the text of application does not make the text available for outdoor applications, as Opera Mini itself. It was just copied from full screen mode (native) editor that can make it accessible to everyone, external applications.

Note that this method works only with MIDlet managers that support copy / paste into your text editor source. Everyone does (eg outdated TAO Intent can not), as can be seen at the entrance of “text: cut and paste? Row in this table.

Skyfire 1.5

Skyfire has just released the new version of its excellent Web browser, Skyfire. (Press release here). The new version, among other things, supports high resolution, namely, (W) VGA devices in AZ that the text / images are no longer “blocks” or “pixelizated” as opposed to previous versions.

I have tested on my HP iPAQ 210 and found it excellent. Even YouTube streaming at 128 kbps continued acceptable form of DSL-Way Away (Finland). Now, I can only recommend the new version – the lack of tabs is not a problem with you, you may like the new version a lot. Of course, in my opinion, is not better than, say, iCab Mobile (the best browser on the mobile platforms from Apple) on an iPhone 3G S, despite the state of what some experts.

Windows Phone 7 , HTC HD Mini

It seems odd to speak of a factor specific to Windows Phone Series 7 pieces, since Windows Mobile devices tend to have normally a lot of variety. But apparently Microsoft will exercise tighter control of the chassis design of the next round. This week I will have some information about the chassis design and a more detailed discussion of this software next Wndows Tel.And I would note information on the recent announcement of the HTC HD Mini.

Phone Windows 7 Series chassis types

In a major change in the past, Microsoft is moving away from an open platform, which provides software and manufacturers could come to any design that they thought might be marketable. You can read a great article on Gizmodo and detailed information on the philosophy of Microsoft Open Platform (which has worked well with its Windows operating system for workstations) and why they turn away from that on the mobile stage.

So what kind of form factor, Microsoft will not need? The information was apparently leaked to the three different designs are planned for phones running the new Windows 7 Phone Series software expected by the end of this year.

Places of ZDNet and Engadget, citing a podcast from Australia, said it seems that the frame 1 will be first to market and will have the iPhone, now known as form factor. The screen is large and finger friendly, and will be the exclusive touch interface. Microsoft will need a processor clocked at 1 GHz and a dedicated graphics processor.

Frame 2 is more like the Blackberry or Palm Treo, with its front facing QWERTY board. No information is yet available in a frame 3, although speculation is that this would be a factor candy bar-style form. And there is no word on how long the form factors they appear.

Will Windows 7 Series Phone success?

Right now the market is so dynamic, rising with Android, the iPhone of its own operations, and Palm and Windows Slider. Anyone invested in the Windows Mobile platform will no doubt weigh their options.

eWeek has an excellent article which describes 10 ways that your Windows 7 wins in the iPhone. The author says that the Zune-like interface as iPhone, built-in Xbox Live games and social networks will call the Zune Marketplace will be popular, and more.

Skype: Not Just Windows

I have long been a fan of Skype, as evidenced by my ongoing coverage in recent years. I have installed on any platform for which I have, and I had a subscription fee for additional features. That said, I was very disappointed with the latest news about Skype plans for certain types of mobile devices. Blaming the problems of the mobile operating system from Microsoft, Skype has withdrawn its Windows Mobile version of the download page. Also gone is Skype Lite.

As part of our ongoing review of our range of mobile, we decided to make some changes in our range. Skype Lite Skype for Windows Mobile are no longer available for download. This is not a decision we took lightly, but the reason is simple. None of these applications provide a great experience of Skype.

Skype Lite works only in a few countries. Should not work, make a call requires you to use up the allocation of minutes of your wireless network, Skype calls to Skype type-of-free-per-minute instead of truly free-for minute . And with the latest operating system Windows Mobile, has been increasingly difficult for us to maintain an application that behaves as expected in a wide range of devices without having to work with a mobile operator partner.

And that’s why we withdrew the nomination of our site. However, if you’re already using one of these applications, you can continue to use – we are not disabling. If so, we assume that you are aware of their limitations, so they do not want to exercise.

You can read the rest here. AppMobilize.com also added a page of coverage – mostly links to news articles on this subject. As the reader comments on blogs around the world shows this fall is the product of a great disappointment to many users.

This is exactly why I always pray and download files available even if not immediately necessary. And if you Google around, you can always find SkypeMobile v3.0 for download. If you get the. Cab version, make sure you go to the properties and make them “read only” before installing.
